Omniscience (omniscient) means to know all things, to have complete understanding; and to perceive all things at all times.
The Bible declares regarding the Creator:
The Lord is a God of knowledge, and by Him actions are weighed. (1 Samuel 2:3)
He looks to the ends of the earth and sees everything under the heavens. (Job 28:24)
Dost thou know the wondrous works of Him who is perfect in knowledge? (Job 37:16)
Even before there is a word on my tongue, behold, O Lord, Thou dost know it all. (Psalm 139:4)
Do you not know? Have you not heard? That the Everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator’s understanding is inscrutable. (Isaiah 40:28)
